ΑΓΑΠΗ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΜΠΟΝΟΙΑ

Πρόσωπα της αγάπης

όμορφοι  Άγγελοι στο όνειρο ακροβατούν

στην θαλπωρή μιας Ανοιξιάτικης 
προσδοκίας η ψυχή και ο νους 
σαν το αγκάλιασμα σαν το φιλί 
αξεχώριστα γεννήματα 
η συμπόνια και η αγάπη

Πόσα ονόματα έχει η ψυχή 
και ο νους του ανθρώπου ...
σαν τις γαλήνιες μορφές που 
στην βία του κόσμου δεν 
συντρίβονται 
σαν τις ρίζες που τρέφουν 
το δένδρο αιώνια

Πόσα ονόματα έχει η 
αγάπη και η συμπόνια 
σαν την τροφή 
σαν της καλοσύνης 
την ελευθερία .................
σαν τα συναισθήματα 
όμορφα τριαντάφυλλα που ανθίζουν 
στην σπλαχνικότητα μόνα

την αυγή καλωσορίζω

με το περίσσευμα

μιας καρδιάς, αγνής
την αγάπη σμιλεύω

Beautiful angel in the dream stunts 
the warmth of a spring 
expectation soul and mind 
as embracing as the kiss 
inseparably offspring 
compassion and love

as serene forms 
the violence of the world 
crushed 
like the roots that nourish 
the eternal tree

love and compassion 
as food 
like goodness 
freedom ................. 
as feelings 
beautiful roses that bloom 
in compassion and kindness alone

welcome the dawn 
with excess 
a heart of pure

Rejected Stuff invites all its members to submit quality work for an un-themed, print international anthology that may also have a kindle version by new, unknown, emerging as well as established writers. We will publish poetry, short stories, short plays and short blog posts/essays—and we want to see the best work you have to offer, regardless of form, style, or subject matter.

Please submit to the editors at rejectedstuff@gmail.com

between September 21st and October 21st 2014 with your name, place/country and your full postal address and telephone number. Only submissions received during this period will be considered.

Number of submissions per member : ONLY ONE

Submission Criteria
-All submissions are to be in English.
-If work is submitted in any other language, translations must be included along with it.
-Simultaneous submissions are not acceptable.
-A submission cannot be recalled once it is sent .
-We do not want previously published work but blog entries, Facebook/other online media posts by self and posts from Rejected Stuff /other poetry/ Facebook writing groups are acceptable as long as the writer holds the copyright to it.
-No plagiarism please.
-Only current members of Rejected Stuff are eligible to submit work.
- The submission can be sent in the body of the email or as a word file attachment.
- No cover letter or author bio is needed. We prefer that you let work speak for you.
- Copyright remains with you
- We may edit the English
- If we need it we may ask for another, shorter piece due to reasons of lack of space.
- Scheduled date of publication is July 2016
- A copy of the anthology will be given to all the contributors.
